Wise

I just listened to a sermon by Andy Stanley called the Best Question Ever. This is also a small group study that from what I have heard is AWESOME!
Here are some of His points:
-->According to my past what is wise for me to do?
-->Accoring to my current circumstances what is wise for me to do?
-->According to my future plans and dreams what is wise for me to do?
= Our history has robbed us of future plans and dreams.
=No one plans on having a screwed up life but no one plans NOT to have one.
= We always ask is legal and this our standard for what we do. This is the wrong question. We ask "does the Bible say yes or no?" This is a good question be not the best question. Ex. Does the Bible say its a sin to drink a glass of wine? BTW: it does not. However, the best question to ask yourself in regards to drinking: Is this the wisest choice for me? Ask those three questions above.
